We are involved in the manufacturing of industrial electroplating rectifier. It is a device utilized for various industrial applications, and we offer rectifiers in a range varying from 1 Volt to 1000 Volt D.C., with output of current varying from 10 Amp to 20000 Amp, suitable for both L.T. And H.T supply.

Roller Type Regulator Advantages:

  • No distortion of wave form at any load
  • High power factors, over 0.95 is accomplished
  • This system is simple, and easy to repair & maintain
  • Less overall losses
  • Copper section for specific current is 3 times higher than conventional regulators

Construction:

The winding of transformer is made-up from electrolytic winding conductor, which is paper insulated. The core is made from high-grade cold rolled grain oriented silicon. All equipment components are mounted on a mild steel frame work housing, installed with cooling pipes to give a natural cooling.

In-house tested silicon diodes, six diodes of 150 amps 400 PIV / 500 amps, rating of Rectifier D.C. is used.

We offer vertical rolling contact form voltage regulator, with insulated copper strips heavy section, suited for fully continuous duty cycle, installed with carbon roller construction and more than 15/20 years of operational life.

Assembled with high-quality switches in panel board and meters shunts indicators.

C.V.C (Control Voltage Controller) (Optional):

With rectifier equipments we provide C.V.C. electronic attachment, it will continue constant output voltage or current automatically as per setting, regardless of output variation.

Method of Control:

15 Step Control: In this Rectifier type, the output voltage can be tuned from 40% to 100%, supplied with suitable rating four way two rotary switches.    

63 Step Control: In this type of Rectifier, the output voltage is tuned from 12% to 100%, provided with suitable rating four way three rotary switches. (63 Steps for fine control)

Stepless Control: This discontinuity type creates undesirable transient voltage. This is through with using a continuously variable regulator, which can be motorized or hand operated.
