Construction:

Core: Core is engineered from imported high-grade cold rolled grain oriented silicon steel lamination. The Lamination cut at an angle of 45 degree Celsius. Mitered / Interleaved joints reduce the losses of core & magnetizing current. The core is clinched with steel channel stiffly to cut down the level of cartile sound.

Winding: Windings are designed to perfect the dynamic, thermal mechanical & electrical strives depending on the voltage/current requirement. The coils are wound with high conductivity electrolytic grade annealed wire & stripe, covered with top grade insulation. Cooling ducts are given between the windings & oil in order to decrease hot spot temperature and the temp. gradient.

Insulation & Oil: Insulation material like pre-compressed board, tube, bakelite, insulating top, epoxy/porcelains bushing, varnish, etc. are utilized for top quality and to assure long life of the transformers. Used as a coolant the Oil conforms IS 335, is filtered & centrifuged before filling into the transformer to guarantee free from moisture & dust.

Tanks & Radiator: All the tanks are built by cold/hot rolled steel plates by welding. They are outfitted with corrugated steel radiator sheets, in conformity with the capacity.

Paint: Exterior & interior surface are chemically cleaned & coated with red oxide, and two final paint coat outside of tank body for long & better life.

Temperature Rise: Engineered for maximum temperature rise, at fully rated load, 40 to 50 degree Celsius for aluminum wound, and 45 to 55 degree Celsius for copper wound transform.
